Q: How do I start logging my workouts?

A:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Select an existing category or create a new one.
  3. Select an existing workout or create a new one within the chosen category.
  4. Tap the "Record Set" button and input the necessary details for your set.

Q: Can I edit a previously logged workout?

A: Absolutely! Open the workout you want to edit, select "Edit" in the top right, tap on the sets you want to adjust, make your changes, and hit the "Update" button.
